Success Story: Cox Toyota
Challenge
Leveraging social media in the local landscape can be challenging without a good plan. The first step was to bolster Cox Toyota's local fan base. Next, we had to give the thousands of fans that we were going to generate a way to interact with the Facebook page. Cox Toyota is also extremely involved in the local community and wanted to find a way to leverage their social media strategy as a way to give back to the people that allow their business to thrive.

Solution
Working together with Cox Toyota's staff, we were able to develop a contest involving the local school district. This allowed Cox Toyota to specifically target their local community for their social media fan base, while also donating $2,500 to the Burlington/Alamance school district.
Once a fan base was developed, we developed custom inventory and Facebook fan coupon applications to give our new fan base a useful way to interact with Cox Toyota on a business level.
